If you do not receive a passing score on Excelsior's post-exam adminstered by Pearson Testing Centers, we will refund you your money.

• After meeting the above, user will forward documentation consisting of: exam reports from IPEHS and from Pearson's Vue testing centers. Documents must support user's claims.
